The Harlequin disease is a condition that happens to children during the time that they were born into this world.  It is a skin disease that has a characteristic of keratin layers that are thicker than the normal. The children who suffer from this condition are known to have diamond shape and massive scales that are reddish in hue.

Diagnosing Harlequin Type Ichthyosis in Pregnant Women

  • Amniocentesis
  • Ultrasound using 3D
