Beware the Carb Monster

Actually there have been several experiments and studies that show how eating carbs later in the day and before bed may be better than eating them in the morning, especially when it comes to losing fat. The amazing Layne Norton wrote about it on his blog as well./> Now of course, this only applies if the carbs aren’t coming from chips and pizza but from some better sources
