The Buzz in the Hive—Episode 28

It’s been a great week for the Hive Health Media. Our members continue to churn out some pretty high quality articles that cover a wide range of health topics. Here are just a few of the gems from the week:

  • At Health Habits, Doug summarized some that is near and dear to my heart. Eating protein at breakfast is a good thing! Woohoo!!!

  • Did you know that May is Celiac Awareness Month? Me either! But Erin from Gluten Free Fitness sure didn’t forget about it. In this week’s post, sheas the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) Blogger of the Day. But she also turns the spotlight on what that organization does and what their goals are. Check it out.
  • This week, Martin from Lean Gains wrote a great post about. It’s quite the read, you have to have some time to get through it all. But the conclusions are worth it.
