The Buzz in the Hive—Episode 5

This is the the 5th installment of our weekly series entitled, “The Buzz in the Hive.” We hope that you enjoy what each of the respective members of feel is their best work of the week. Check out some of these posts, leave a few comments, and introduce yourself to our—we won’t sting.

  • Evelyn, from the healthy lifestyles blog, Become a Healthier You, wondered if you actually knew what goes into your She also gave a pretty good list of companies that make some nice natural products.
  • Jarret, one of the founding members of and the author of Supplement Updates reviewed a new study on that seems to suggest a correlation between them and fat loss in men. Unfortunately, for both sexes, there currently aren’t any supplements on the market that contain coffee mannooligosaccharides. Maybe next year?
  • Erin, from the gluten-free nutrition and exercise blog, Gluten Free Fitness, critiqued a recent piece from ABC News that discussed the pros and cons of a. Her list was so thorough that you don’t even have to watch the video, but you probably should!
  • Ashley, of Nourishing The Soul, a body, mind, and spirit blog had a lot of interesting things to say about. Her thoughts on the current state of affairs in this country regarding the way that we treat obese people really мейд me think.
  • Kymberly and Alexandra of Fun and Fit invited us all to Test our Fitness Funny Bones. They gave us all a quiz to take so that Alexandra’s students wouldn’t feel like they were the only ones being forced to do so. Go ahead and take it, it was pretty fun. You may even learn a few things.
  • Over at Get Fit Slowly, I wrote about some problems that I have with the whole craze that seems to be sweeping the health and fitness crowds of the world.
  • Steve at Project Swole has a guest post with some weight lifting tips to.
  • At Fat Fighter TV, Sahar identifies howis flattering you.
  • Martin from Lean Gains has identified the Top Ten while debunking them in the process.
  • Dan At Darwin’s Table has written a very compelling argument why you shouldn’t eat processed foods.
