The Buzz in the Hive Episode 30

Jarret’s latest post was about, which I believe has already been done in a Hive post, but was so interesting that it is worthy of another mention! So there!

Exercise and good health can bring many benefits, including improved mood. So why is Mac at Get Fit Slowly so sad this week? Well, he read a story that messed with his belief about the number of by muscle and fat. Don’t cry, Mac; go for a run!

Evelyn at Become a Healthier You wants us to Bunny, which I think is Energizer’s more laid-back alter ego. My favorite suggestion? To dance, dance, dance.

What does look like? Ashley poses that question at Nourishing the Soul. What does it take to become emotionally, physically and behaviorally “recovered?” And how important are semantics and labels?

Over at Fun and Fit, we wondered why people faint in group exercise classes. The answers will not make you light-headed as long as you feint left, then right…after eating and drinking properly.

Doug at Health Habits taunted those of us who drool over hawt men by showing 13 of the as chosen by Men’s Fitness. Now I am waiting for Liam Neeson to call me. Pleeeeeeze!
